You can ask us to delete your Mark Haydon account, and the personal data linked to it, at any time. This applies to accounts created on markhaydon.com and in the Mark Haydon app.
How to request deletion
Send us a message from the email address or mobile number registered to your account:

- WhatsApp: 9999884314
Please include the name and email address or mobile number on the account. We may ask you to confirm the request before we delete anything, so that no one else can delete your account.
What we delete
- Your account and login details
- Your name, email address, phone number and saved addresses
- Your wishlist and saved preferences
What we keep
We keep order records, invoices and payment records only for as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires (for example, GST records). These are not used for marketing.
How long it takes
We confirm your request within one business day and complete the deletion within 30 days.
